BOWLERS are worn with a collar and tie and boots must be the same colour as the bowler.
TOP HATS are worn with dark habits a stock and black boots.
The crown should measure between 120mm and 133mm.
They are worn after midday at County/Championship shows and never for preliminary judging unless stated.
